All cash payout are free of charge.
How do I associate a payout account?
In order to associate a payout bank account, you must first make a deposit with a small amount (more than 0.1 EUR/CHF/USD is sufficient) from that bank account into your Fiat24 Account.
You can associate 5 banks accounts for each currency.
I made the deposit but my bank account does not appear?
It's possible. If you use a remittance company, or your bank uses a 3rd-party remittance company to complete your deposit transfer, we cannot actually see your original bank account information, so we cannot store this account for your payout.
For example, the following institutions may use remittance company to process your EUR or CHF wire:
Wise (TransferWise)
DBS Hong Kong and DBS Singapore
Revolut (CHF only)
How long will the cash payout take?
It depends on your receiving bank. It will be credited within one business day.
What happens when a cash payout fails?
Your cash payout request may fail due to various reasons. In such situations, the money will come back to us. Then we will credit it back to your Fiat24 account again from a special account "9103 Sundry". We may charge you a processing fee for this service.
Can I payout EUR and transfer it into my USD bank account?
Yes, but fees may apply depending on the banks.
What is an IBAN Number?
IBAN stands for "International Bank Account Number". It is a standardised international bank identifier used to facilitate the identification of accounts and communication and processing of cross border transactions.
The IBAN consists of up to 34 alphanumeric characters, as follows:
country code using ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 – two letters,
two check digits
Basic Bank Account Number (BBAN) – up to 30 alphanumeric characters that are country-specific.
