Is cash deposit free?

Fiat24 does not charge any fee for cash deposit. However, your sending bank may charge you a fee, especially for an international payment.

Can I wire USD into an account denominated in CHF or EUR?

You can wire USD into the account denominated in other currencies. However, the intermediary bank will usually charge an implied forex fee.

What is the reason your bank is unable to transfer Euros to our IBAN or fails to recognize our BIC SAHHCHZ2?

Our IBANs have been configured to accept Euro (EUR) payments starting from December 1, 2023, and has been enabled for Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) transactions since February 4, 2024. To date, several major global banks, including but not limited to UBS, Credit Suisse, HSBC, Citi, and DBS, have recognised our IBAN and Bank Identifier Code (BIC).

However, smaller Neobanks, such as Revolut and N26, along with regional banking institutions, may encounter difficulties in recognising our details within such a brief timeframe. This issue is predominantly a function of time, as we are a relatively new member to the payment sector. For those experiencing such difficulties, it is recommended to either utilise a big bank for depositing funds with us or to allow some time for recognition to occur.

We are optimistic that by the end of April 2024, the majority of banks globally will acknowledge our institution, thereby facilitating payment transactions.

What happens if a cash top-up fails?

It could be possible that your money has arrived us, but your account has not been credited, because your payment failed our compliance check. In such cases, please contact Client Service ([e-mail]) as soon as possible.

How long will a cash top-up take?

It fully depends on your initiating bank. For CHF or Euro payments, it takes within the same business day. For SWIFT payments, one to three business days are required.
