Debit Card

Any client who lives in EEA countries or Switzerland will have a debit card automatically, without the need for any extra application process.

Activating the Card

You need to activate your card before you can use it. Click the Activate button in your Euro account. You will need to approve the spending budget to 5,000 EUR. After approval, the card will be available to use in a few seconds.

Managing your Card

1. Show the card

Switch to the Euro Account inside your wallet and you will see a Card icon.

By default, you only see masked information. Click the eye icon and you will be asked to sign with your wallet to get sensitive card data.

The overall monthly limit is shown below the card.

2. Showing the limits

All card limits are shown in the Limits tab. You can use it to check whether your limit has been used up. All limits are not changeable.

It's a good idea to set an overall budget for your card spending to help you stay within your means and avoid overspending on your card. Above the limit level, you can set your overall spending budget, with a maximum value of 5000 EUR.

3. Protecting your card

Setup your 3DS Password

3D Secure (3DS) is a fraud prevention measure to protect your Visa card from unauthorized use.

During online shopping, Fiat24 requires cardholders to enter a password and SMS one-time-password before a transaction is authorized. This helps to prevent fraud by ensuring that only the legitimate cardholder is able to use the card for online transactions.

However, it's important to note that 3D Secure is not foolproof and fraudsters can still find ways to bypass the authentication process. So, while 3D Secure can help to protect your Visa card, it is important to be vigilant and monitor your account regularly for any unauthorized transactions.

Being able to view your 3DS password or change it requires you to sign within the wallet.

Freezing your card

You can freeze your card by switch off the 'Card Enabled' option.

Or by switching off individual spending options:

  1. Contactless: When taking this off, the Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay will not work.

  2. Internet Purchase: No online shopping will be possible when this is off.

  3. ATM Withdrawal: Switch it off when you don't have contactless withdrawal requirements.

Changing any of those setting requires your sign action within the wallet.

Adding to your wallets

Learn how to add your Fiat24 Visa debit card to a variety of wallets on your mobile phone.

1. Apple Pay

  1. Find and open Apple's "Wallet" app

  2. Click on the "+" symbol to add a card

  3. Insert card details - Enter the card number and the name of the cardholder on the card

  1. Enter the card expiration date and CVVC code

  1. Confirm to add the card - confirm your mobile number

  1. Enter and confirm the OTP code sent to your mobile number

  1. Your Fiat24 card has been successfully added to Apple Pay

2. Google Pay

  1. Find and open "Google Pay" app

  2. Click on the "+ Payment Method" button to add a card

  1. Insert card details - enter the card number, the name of the cardholder, the date of validity and the CVV code of the card

  1. Confirm to add the card - confirm your mobile number or your email

  1. Enter and confirm - OTP code sent to your mobile number

  1. Your Fiat24 card has been successfully added to Google Pay

3. Samsung Pay

  1. Find and open "Samsung Pay" app

  2. Click on the "+" symbol to add a card

  1. Insert card details - enter the card number, the name of the cardholder, the date of validity and the CVV code of the card

  1. Confirm to add the card - confirm your mobile number

  1. Enter and confirm - OTP code sent to your mobile number

  1. Confirm card with your signature

  1. Your Fiat24 card has been successfully added to Samsung Pay

4. PayPal

  1. Find and open Pay Pal app

  2. Then click to the “+ Link a bank account or card as your way to pay on PayPal” on the home page

  1. Or go to the ”Settings” and select ”Banks and Cards" - then click on the “Add a credit card” button

  1. Select “Credit card” option on the opened page - insert card details and number

  1. Enter the date of validity and the CVV code of the card

  1. Your Fiat24 card has been successfully added to PayPal
