Registration with Mainland China National ID Card

Welcome! We provide fast identity verification services for residents of mainland China by reading ID card information through your mobile phone. This helps you quickly and conveniently complete the authentication process. Our system is secure and reliable, ensuring that your personal information is fully protected.

You must have WeChat installed on your phone.

When registering and your GPS location is detected to be in mainland China, you'll have two options: use a Chinese ID Card or use a biometric Passport. If you choose the Chinese ID card, the following steps will appear during the verification process.

Use WeChat on your phone to launch the TokenCloud mini program.

Notice

If you’re using a desktop computer, you’ll need a mobile phone to scan the QR code for verification. If you’re using a mobile phone, please tap “Download QR” to save the code image locally, then open the mini program in WeChat.

Please complete the process within 10 minutes. If it times out, simply follow the on-screen instructions to generate a new verification code QR.

Android Phone

Follow the steps to use your Android device and WeChat to scan your national ID.

No Google Pixel phones support scanning Chinese ID cards via NFC.

Start

Once you enter the mini program, please grant permission for Token Cloud to verify your identity.

Scan your ID

Hold your ID card firmly against the back of your phone.

Confirm

Confirm your ID card information, then proceed to the next step.

Liveness Check

Next, you’ll need to complete a live verification check to confirm it’s really you.

Complete

Your identity verification is complete. We will review your records within 15 minutes, and under normal circumstances, your account will be activated after that time.

iPhone

Follow the steps to use your iOS device to scan your Chinese national ID.

Start

Our app will detect if you're using an iOS device, but we'll need your confirmation before proceeding to the next step.

Click to copy the Request ID

Please click and copy the Request ID before proceeding to the next step.

Press the QR

Tap the QR code, and after a moment, a context menu will appear with the option to Open the "apple.com" link. Select that option.

If you are using desktop version, you could also scan the QR with your iPhone.

The 身份见证 Apple Clip starts

After a few seconds, the Verification Clip app will automatically open on your iPhone.

Enter the Request ID

Please paste the Request ID you copied here.

Scan your ID and do the liveness check.

Next, follow the instructions to place your national ID against the back of your iPhone. After that, you'll complete a liveness check to confirm your identity.

Complete

Your identity verification is complete. We will review your records within 15 minutes, and under normal circumstances, your account will be activated after that time.
