Important Notice:

Fiat24 will offer a free upgrade for current VISA EUR debit card users to the new multi-currency MasterCard debit card. As the new principal issuer for MasterCard, we’re excited to provide you with enhanced services and better rates.

For new users registered after 31.01.2025

You will only receive a MasterCard Debit only.

For European users registered before 31.01.2025

For a period of time, you’ll have access to both the VISA and the new multi-currency MasterCard. However, please note that all VISA EUR debit cards will be terminated on March 31, 2025. To ensure a smoother payment experience, we recommend switching to your new MasterCard as early as possible.

Upgrade Plan

If you have a Fiat24 VISA card, here are the steps for your product upgrade:.

Before Feb 01, 2025, you will receive an email

The upgraade plan will be illustrated there, you have no action to take.

By Feb 21, 2025, you will receive a MasterCard Debit for free

Your new Fiat24 MasterCard will appear in your dapp. Access it via app.fiat24.com or id.fiat24.com.

Action Required

Add your new MasterCard to your favorite digital wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay) and update your payment methods for subscriptions like Netflix or ChatGPT.

Your Euro VISA card will remain active, but no longer configurable. So, we recommend switching to the new MasterCard as early as possible.

The new MasterCard is a 4-currency debit card with more features and lower costs than the VISA card. Check the details.

Your VISA card will be deactivated by Mar 31, 2025

Your VISA card will be terminated by March 31, 2025, and will no longer be valid or visible in your digital wallets.
