**One Account Policy**

We don't accept duplicated registration. This applies even if the previous account has been closed, so you cannot open a new account even if you have closed the previous one.

### Monthly Limit

Each individual account has a monthly transaction limit. If a user exceeds this limit within 30 days, they will not be able to perform any further transactions until the limit is reset.

The transaction limit varies depending on the length of the NFT.

Starting from June 5, 2026, due to an internal policy change, all new individual clients will be subject to a monthly transaction limit of USD 30,000.

At this time, we are not accepting any requests for limit upgrades. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

### <mark style="color:red;">Forced Exit</mark>

If **any of the following conditions are met**, though not limited to these, we reserve the right to enforce a mandatory payout of the client's assets and close the account. We consider these conditions to be inconsistent with Fiat24's operational standards and risk preferences. All Fiat24 users, including premium users, must accept these terms.

* Listed on the sanctions lists of OFAC, the European Union, Switzerland, or equivalent jurisdictions&#x20;
* PEP (Political exposed person) status
* Clients previously identified as criminals or suspects in <mark style="color:red;">**financial fraud**</mark> cases by law enforcement authorities in Switzerland, the European Union, or other equivalent jurisdictions
* Third-party bank transfers that are <mark style="color:red;">**recalled due to fraud**</mark>
* Third-party bank transfers that are <mark style="color:red;">**recalled by counterparty**</mark> due to a reason other than fraud, involving an amount exceeding CHF 10'000 or EUR 10'000, or more than 3 times within a three-month period
* Clients who exhibit extreme non-cooperation or wilful disregard in special reviews related to transactions or client profile EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence) requested by Fiat24 Compliance
* Clients who maliciously misuse Fiat24 services, such as generating <mark style="color:red;">**a large number of micro-transactions**</mark>, <mark style="color:red;">**abusing customer service**</mark>, or verbally abusing our staff.

No, Fiat24 does **NOT** offer (1) Account Statement or Monthly Statement, or (2) Tax document. If you have doubts about how to proceed with regard to your taxes, please contact a tax advisor.

In order to fulfil the legal requirements of the Swiss Banking regulator FINMA, your GPS location needs to be captured during the account opening process.

In order to fulfil the legal and regulatory tax requirements, we collect your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), which is an identifying number used for tax reporting purposes.

No, each individual should have only one account in Fiat24. If you apply for a second time with a new NFT account number, your second registration will be **rejected**.

This applies even if the previous account has been closed, so you cannot open a new account even if you have closed the previous one.

### Buy a Business NFT

You must first acquire a Business Account NFT starting with the digit 8. The NFT purchase is equivalent to paying the application fee that is usually required by institutions to review any Business Account application.

### Submit a Questionnaire&#x20;

1. As a licensed financial institution, we accept our clients in very prudential way. If we believe your domicile, risk profile, or background doesn’t match our business focus, we may not accept to open the business relationship with you.
2. You may write an initial contact email to generally ask about your country or business profile, but we will only fully review applications from entities that own a Business Account NFT.
3. It is **not necessary** to send any documents attached to the initial contact email described above. The first contact email is to **pre-screen your company's eligibility** for a Fiat24 Business Account.
4. If your pre-screening is successful and/or after you have purchased a Business Account NFT, please email <corporate@fiat24.com> to give us the NFT number. You will receive an email response asking for a number of documents for the company onboarding application, **including** the following:
   1. A LINK to the onboarding questionnaire to fill out
   2. Extract from the Commercial Register of the country where the company is registered
   3. Valid biometric passport(s) of all the natural Controlling Person(s) of the company (owning 25% or more of the company's shares)
   4. Valid biometric passport of the natural person(s) opening the account for the company
   5. Board of Directors Resolution authorising the above to act on behalf of the company
   6. Documentation regarding the company's business plan and financials.
5. Furthermore, depending on the specific situation, we may ask for residence permits, bank statements, business presentations, and/or employment, sales or office rental contracts. The extra documentation requirements depend on your specific case.

* Controlling person(s) and shareholder(s) not sanctioned or [PEP](https://www.fedlex.admin.ch/eli/cc/1998/892_892_892/en#art_2_a) or [US Persons](https://www.fincen.gov/who-united-states-person)
* Domicile in Switzerland.

### Transfer the funds out

1. Instruct us to wire the capital into your entity's account with another bank.

# Cash Deposit

Guidelines for your EUR and CHF bank wire to Fiat24 IBAN accounts

### Successful Deposits

Successful deposits will be processed within 1 - 2 business days and the amount that has arrived will automatically be credited to your Fiat24 Account.

### Invalid Deposits

Any deposit that meets any of the following conditions will be considered <mark style="color:red;">**invalid**</mark>.

* **Payee's account** is either blocked or closed
* **Payee's account** has previously been involved in fraud payments
* **Payee's Name** entirely does not match the name of the Fiat24 account holder. \
  *This specifically refers to a complete mismatch of names. We consider reversed first and last names or partial abbreviations acceptable, but it is still recommended to use the full name.*
* **Payee's address**
  * Country does not match the address of the Fiat24 account holder
  * Country in [restricted countries](https://info.fiat24.com/overview?type=restricted)
  * Town/City does not match the address of the Fiat24 account holder
  * Postal Code/Zip does not match the address of the Fiat24 account holder
  * Contains our institution's address (Bellerivestrasse 245, 8008 Zurich)
* **Payer's Name,** <mark style="color:red;">for Individual Standard Accounts only</mark>, must match the name of the Fiat24 account holder.
* **Payer's address**
  * Country is empty
  * Country in [restricted countries](https://info.fiat24.com/overview?type=restricted)

# Cash Payout

Guidelines for withdrawal EUR and CHF from Fiat24

### Add a Payout Account

In order to add a payout bank account, you must first make a deposit with a small amount from that bank account into your Fiat24 Account.

You can associate up to 10 banks accounts for each currency.

**When you can't find your payout account**

If you made a deposit not from an IBAN, it is very likely that we will not be able to correctly add your account for payouts.

For deposit not from an IBAN account, we usually cannot actually see your original bank account information, so we cannot store this account for your payout.

### **Successful Payouts** <a href="#i-made-the-deposit-but-my-bank-account-does-not-appear" id="i-made-the-deposit-but-my-bank-account-does-not-appear"></a>

Minimal payout amount is 100 EUR or 100 CHF.

It depends on your receiving bank. It will be booked within the same business day.

The Fiat24 Card is a MasterCard Debit card that you can top up through the Fiat24 dApp. The card is issued to you in multiple currencies (<mark style="color:purple;">**EUR**</mark>, <mark style="color:purple;">**USD**</mark>, <mark style="color:purple;">**CHF**</mark> and <mark style="color:purple;">**RMB**</mark>) and your card balances will be shown in that currency.

Fiat24 Debit Card is used to pay for goods and services and with 20+ millions merchants who accept <mark style="color:purple;">**MasterCard**</mark> credit or debit cards.

The Fiat24 Debit Card is a <mark style="color:purple;">**virtual card**</mark> only without PIN.

We support <mark style="color:purple;">**Apple Pay, Google Pay**</mark>, <mark style="color:purple;">**Samsung Pay**</mark> and most other digital wallet.

* **Direct Pays** option\
  Every Fiat24 account has 4 currencies: EUR, CHF, USD and RMB, and you can enable the Direct Pay option for all or some of them.\
  If your card transactions are in these currencies, the corresponding balance will be charged first, avoiding unnecessary foreign exchange fees.
* **Default Card Currency**\
  You are free to select a different primary card currency to settle payments for which your payment currency balance is insufficient to cover the full transaction (no splitting across currencies).\
  The amount will be converted into your card currency and debited from your account.

Our cards come in three tiers: Standard, Premium, and Ultimate, catering to different customer needs. The most common choice is the Standard card.

* Automated Fuel Dispenser
* Money Transfer business
* Quasi Cash / Customer Financial Institution
* Security Broker/Dealer
* Gambling, Lottery or Casino
* Charity Organisation
* Civic, Social, and Fraternal Association
* Political Organisation
* Religious Organisation

Some of the following payments are <mark style="color:red;">**limited**</mark> in certain countries:

* Public Transportation
* Utility Bills
* In-flight shopping
* USA only : Fine dining restaurant with gratuity paid separately

### Refund

If the original spending was in USD, EUR, CHF, or RMB, the refund will go directly to your account balance in the same currency.&#x20;

For other currencies, such as SGD or GBP, the refund will be converted to your Default Currency.

### One-time Password (OTP) per Email

During the **online purchase**, the cardholder may be asked to provide a one-time password (OTP) sent to their <mark style="color:purple;">**email**</mark>, which is registered with their Fiat24 account.

This process is called 3-D Secure (3DS) , which is designed to be an additional security layer for online transactions. The Payments Services Directive (PSD2) regulations stipulate that merchants must be compliant with the Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) procedures from 1st January 2021.

### Card Renew

All MasterCard card is valid for 5 years. Your card will automatically be renewed under the same terms. However, if your card has not been used in the 6 months before its' expiration, your card will not be renewed.

### Protect your card

#### When your card is blocked <a href="#why-is-my-fiat24-card-blocked-and-what-can-i-do" id="why-is-my-fiat24-card-blocked-and-what-can-i-do"></a>

Your card can sometimes get blocked if the system detects some unusual or suspicious activity or if there is another issue that requires your attention. Please check your dApp to see if you card has been blocked, and you can unblock the card.

#### When your card is stolen <a href="#what-do-i-do-if-my-fiat24-card-is-stolen" id="what-do-i-do-if-my-fiat24-card-is-stolen"></a>

All Fiat24 Cards are virtual cards, so the card itself cannot be stolen. However, if your private key, which holds your Fiat24 NFT, is stolen, your card is very possibly at risk of being misused. You should then transfer your money and Fiat24 NFT into a different secured blockchain address as soon as possible.

#### What you suspect your card has been compromised <a href="#what-do-i-do-if-i-suspect-my-fiat24-card-has-been-compromised" id="what-do-i-do-if-i-suspect-my-fiat24-card-has-been-compromised"></a>

If you suspect your Fiat24 Card has been compromised in any way, please disable (or lock) your card through the Fiat24 dApp immediately.

Each block or un-block action will lock the action for 24 hours, you could change the status in the next day.

#### **Why can’t I send money?** <a href="#why-cant-i-send-money" id="why-cant-i-send-money"></a>

If your Fiat24 account is blocked, you can’t send money until the issue has been resolved. To check your status, go to the mobile app and click Profile. You can see your account status by clicking on your avatar and then "Your Terms".&#x20;

Advanced users can also observe the avatar of the Fiat24 NFT directly in the Arbitrum (Ethereum) wallet, which indicates the status of their account. However, be careful as some wallets do not refresh the NFT status frequently, which means a status may be outdated.

#### **How do I check the status of a transaction?** <a href="#how-do-i-check-the-status-of-a-transaction" id="how-do-i-check-the-status-of-a-transaction"></a>

All Fiat24 transactions are executed on the Arbitrum (Ethereum) blockchain. Advanced clients can check the status in any blockchain explorer such as [Arbiscan](https://www.arbiscan.io/).

#### **Am I sending money to a person or a company?** <a href="#am-i-sending-money-to-a-person-or-a-company" id="am-i-sending-money-to-a-person-or-a-company"></a>

If the receiving account number starts with one to seven, such as 5892329 or 38991, the recipient is a person. If the account number starts with an eight, such as 89002, the recipient is a merchant or a corporation.

#### **Why can’t I receive money?** <a href="#why-cant-i-receive-money" id="why-cant-i-receive-money"></a>

Fiat24 Accounts have 30-day volume quotas. After using up your quota, you will need to wait the required days until your quota is reset again. Another case is when the money is wired to an Ethereum address without a Fiat24 NFT. Such an address can still receive money, but only until the limit for each currency: 250 USD, 250 CHF and 250 EUR.

#### **Why can’t I receive money, even after I have been verified?** <a href="#why-cant-i-receive-money-even-after-i-have-been-verified" id="why-cant-i-receive-money-even-after-i-have-been-verified"></a>

Please check your account status. If the status is hard blocked, the account cannot receive any incoming payment.

The Money Exchange, also called Currency Exchange, allows Fiat24 users to exchange one currency for another. For example, the user can exchange his USD for CHF.

In order to become a client of Fiat24, you must own a “Fiat24” NFT (ERC721 compatible token) in your Arbitrum (Ethereum) wallet. Each NFT has a unique number that represents your Fiat24 cash account number. The NFT is the access key to your Fiat24 account.

The NFT contract address is: `0x133CAEecA096cA54889db71956c7f75862Ead7A0`

### How do I get a Fiat24 NFT? <a href="#how-do-i-get-a-fiat24-nft" id="how-do-i-get-a-fiat24-nft"></a>

The NFT can be acquired for free in our store. To visit our store, just open the Fiat24 mobile app with an Arbitrum (Ethereum) wallet without any Fiat24 NFT, and the app will automatically redirect to our store.

While the NFT itself does not cost anything, you will have to pay the applicable Ethereum gas fee to complete the transaction for your chosen NFT.

If you have no ETH in your wallet, you may also use the random generator embedded in our store to generate a free 8 digits NFT number at random, which you can get without having to pay the gas fee. You cannot pick the NFT number manually if you are using this option, but you can generate as many numbers as you want before picking one.

### **Why can’t I find a shorter account number?** <a href="#why-cant-i-find-a-shorter-account-number" id="why-cant-i-find-a-shorter-account-number"></a>

The account number is the ID of the NFT, which is a one to five digit number, such as 253 or 31586. The shorter the number, the more valuable it is. All numbers with more than five digits (except those starting with an eight or nine) are available for free in our store, and anyone can acquire them.

However, one to four digit account numbers are only available by buying a land plot in our Metaverse, or if the user has a sufficient number of our F24 loyalty tokens already in their wallet

### **Is there anything special about numbers starting with 8?** <a href="#is-there-anything-special-about-numbers-starting-with-8" id="is-there-anything-special-about-numbers-starting-with-8"></a>

Accounts starting with an eight are business accounts for corporate clients. A business account can only be opened manually by client services.

If you are a corporate client, please get an NFT starting with an eight and then contact our Client Service. A NFT starting with an eight costs 500 F24.

### **Why are account numbers starting with 9 not available?** <a href="#why-are-account-numbers-starting-with-9-not-available" id="why-are-account-numbers-starting-with-9-not-available"></a>

Account numbers starting with a nine are reserved for internal use.

### **Is it free to acquire a NFT?** <a href="#is-it-free-to-acquire-a-nft" id="is-it-free-to-acquire-a-nft"></a>

Yes, all Individual account (NFT) numbers with more than 8 digits are available at no extra cost (Fiat24 does not set a price on them), but you must own at least 0.0005 Ether in Arbitrum to pay the gas fee in order to acquire the NFT on the network.

### **Do I need Ether to get a NFT?** <a href="#do-i-need-ether-to-get-a-nft" id="do-i-need-ether-to-get-a-nft"></a>

No, not if you choose to get a random 8 digits account number.

### **Can I have 2 NFTs connected to one Arbitrum address?** <a href="#can-i-have-2-nfts-connected-to-one-arbitrum-address" id="can-i-have-2-nfts-connected-to-one-arbitrum-address"></a>

No, the system does not allow a Fiat24 NFT to be sent to an Arbitrum address that has ever had another Fiat24 NFT before. However, an NFT can always be transferred back to the Arbitrum address which had it before.

If an address has ever held one Fiat24 NFT, it can never have another Fiat24 NFT except for the original one associated with it.

### **How do I create an Arbitrum network in my wallet?** <a href="#how-do-i-create-an-arbitrum-network-in-my-wallet" id="how-do-i-create-an-arbitrum-network-in-my-wallet"></a>

Below are the instructions for Metamask (most other wallets work in a similar way):

1. Go to Settings (top left)
2. Click on “Wallet” to view the Network settings
3. Click on “Add Network”
4. Enter the following details in each of the fields

   **Network Name:** Arbitrum One

   **RPC Url:** <https://arb1.arbitrum.io/rpc>

   **Chain ID:** 42161

   **Symbol:** AETH

   **Block Explorer URL:** <https://arbiscan.io>
5. Click “Wallet” in the middle top of the app. Change the network to “Arbitrum One.”

Note: every crypto wallet is slightly different, but the procedure should be similar to the example shown above.

### **Why can't I see the NFT in my wallet?** <a href="#why-cant-i-see-the-nft-in-my-wallet" id="why-cant-i-see-the-nft-in-my-wallet"></a>

You need to import the NFT using the NFT contract address.

In Metamask, click on "Import NFTs" and fill in your NFT token address and ID (the token ID is the NFT number).

Other wallet providers have a similar function.

You can find your NFT contract address this way:

1. Search for your Ethereum address on **<https://arbiscan.io>**
2. Click on "Erc721 Token Txns"
3. Click on your NFT **number** in the "Token ID" column
4. Copy the contract address in the "Profile Summary".

At the moment, not all wallets support the display of Arbitrum NFTs automatically. Please note that even if it is not visible directly in the wallet app, the NFT is actually in your wallet. You can also see it on <https://arbiscan.io> .

### **Can I sell (or transfer) my NFT to another person?** <a href="#can-i-sell-or-transfer-my-nft-to-another-person" id="can-i-sell-or-transfer-my-nft-to-another-person"></a>

Yes, but you should only sell (or transfer) an NFT with a Tourist Status, which means it has not yet been linked to you. If you sell a verified NFT to someone else, you may run the risk of it being used for money laundering. All transactions made in that account will be associated with you.

### **Can I buy an NFT from a 3rd person or market such as OpenSea?** <a href="#can-i-buy-an-nft-from-a-3rd-person-or-market-such-as-opensea" id="can-i-buy-an-nft-from-a-3rd-person-or-market-such-as-opensea"></a>

Yes. Be careful to only buy an NFT with a Tourist Status, which means the token has never been linked to a client profile before. If you acquire an NFT which has already been linked to a client, it is not legal and your deposit may hold the risk of being claimed by the former owner in the future.

### **Is the account number recycled after the account is closed?** <a href="#is-the-account-number-recycled-after-the-account-is-closed" id="is-the-account-number-recycled-after-the-account-is-closed"></a>

After closing, the account number will be perpetually locked and will never be recycled for someone else’s use. The status of the NFT will be “closed” forever and cannot be changed anymore. Please know that we must hold your personal data for a specific period of time for regulatory requirements.

### How can I upgrade my account? <a href="#how-can-i-upgrade-my-account" id="how-can-i-upgrade-my-account"></a>

Log in to your Fiat24 account and click on the burger menu on the left hand side. Scroll down to "upgrade" and search for the NFT you wish to purchase. For pricing and changes to account conditions, please refer to our [Pricing page](https://docs.fiat24.com/products/pricing-for-individuals).

### **Who manages my account status?** <a href="#who-manages-my-account-status" id="who-manages-my-account-status"></a>

All accounts have various statuses: Tourist, Live, Hard Blocked, Soft Blocked, and Closed. The meanings of those statuses are stated here:

* Tourist: Newly acquired account number, has never associated with any identity. Tourist NFTs are free to transfer between users.
* Live: Registered as Fiat24 client, and the client’s identity has been verified. The account can be used freely within its transaction limits.
* Hard Blocked: Client can still log into the service, but the account is blocked for any incoming or outgoing payments.
* Soft Blocked: No outgoing payment is possible, but the client can still receive payments.
* Closed: Client has closed the business relationship with Fiat24. The account number is locked forever, never to be recycled.

The account status can only be set/changed by Fiat24 Operation. Advanced users can also watch the image of the NFT directly in their Ethereum wallet.&#x20;

### **Can I change my nickname?** <a href="#can-i-change-my-nickname" id="can-i-change-my-nickname"></a>

Yes. Your nickname is written into your Fiat24 NFT, and you are the only one able to set it. Because it is an Arbitrum transaction, you need to pay a small amount of Arbitrum Ether gas to complete the transaction. You can change your nickname by clicking on your nickname in the Fiat24 dApp.

Set up an **Access** right to allow automatic payments from your account to authorised <mark style="color:blue;">**platforms**</mark>. It's a convenient way to manage recurring payments like utilities, subscriptions, or any money transfers —secure, hassle-free, and fully under your control.
