Guidelines for your EUR and CHF bank wire to Fiat24 IBAN accounts
Successful Deposits
Successful deposits will be processed within 1 - 2 business days and the amount that has arrived will automatically be credited to your Fiat24 Account.
All deposits made on Friday afternoons, weekends, and public holidays will be credited earliest on the next business day.
Invalid Deposits
Any deposit that meets any of the following conditions will be considered invalid.
Payee's account is either blocked or closed
Payee's account has previously been involved in fraud payments
Payee's Name entirely does not match the name of the Fiat24 account holder. This specifically refers to a complete mismatch of names. We consider reversed first and last names or partial abbreviations acceptable, but it is still recommended to use the full name.
Payee's address
Country does not match the address of the Fiat24 account holder
Country in restricted countries
Town/City does not match the address of the Fiat24 account holder
Postal Code/Zip does not match the address of the Fiat24 account holder
Contains our institution's address (Bellerivestrasse 245, 8008 Zurich)
Payer's Name, for Individual Standard Accounts only, must match the name of the Fiat24 account holder.

Country in restricted countries
Town/City is empty
Postal Code/Zip is empty
Contains our institution's address (Bellerivestrasse 245, 8008 Zurich)
Payer's Bank is from one of the restricted countries
All invalid deposits will be returned with a penalty charge of 10 EUR or 10 CHF.
Fee
Successful deposits is free.
