# Cash Payout

### Add a Payout Account

In order to add a payout bank account, you must first make a deposit with a small amount from that bank account into your Fiat24 Account.

You can associate up to 10 banks accounts for each currency.

**When you can't find your payout account**

If you made a deposit not from an IBAN, it is very likely that we will not be able to correctly add your account for payouts.

For deposit not from an IBAN account, we usually cannot actually see your original bank account information, so we cannot store this account for your payout.

### **Successful Payouts** <a href="#i-made-the-deposit-but-my-bank-account-does-not-appear" id="i-made-the-deposit-but-my-bank-account-does-not-appear"></a>

Minimal payout amount is 100 EUR or 100 CHF.

It depends on your receiving bank. It will be booked within the same business day.

All payouts made after 15:00 CET (European Time) , on weekends or public holidays will be executed on the next business day.&#x20;

### **Invalid Payouts** <a href="#i-made-the-deposit-but-my-bank-account-does-not-appear" id="i-made-the-deposit-but-my-bank-account-does-not-appear"></a>

Any payout that meets any of the following conditions will be considered <mark style="color:red;">**invalid**</mark>.

* **Payer's account** is blocked
* **Payer's account** is involving in fraud payments
* **Payer's address**
  * Country in [restricted countries](https://info.fiat24.com/overview?type=restricted)
* **Payee's address**
  * Country is empty
  * Country in [restricted countries](https://info.fiat24.com/overview?type=restricted)
  * Town/City is empty
  * Postal Code/Zip is empty
* **Payee's** **Bank** is from one of the [restricted countries](https://info.fiat24.com/overview?type=restricted)

All invalid payouts will be <mark style="color:red;">**returned**</mark>.

### **Returned Payouts** <a href="#i-made-the-deposit-but-my-bank-account-does-not-appear" id="i-made-the-deposit-but-my-bank-account-does-not-appear"></a>

Cash payout may be rejected from the payee's bank due to various reasons after sending. In such situations, the money will come back to us for manual processing and a fee (10 CHF for Swiss Franc payment, or 10 EUR for Euro payment) will be charged.&#x20;

Processing will take longer if your account or transaction involves suspicious activities, as this will require a more extensive manual investigation.

### Fee

Successful Payouts are free.

If a payout is returned, we charge a fee of 10 CHF or 10 EUR.&#x20;
