# Price Adjust Plan

We would like to inform all Fiat24 partners and end customers of an upcoming adjustment to our service pricing. This change is driven by increasing operational and compliance costs, as well as the need to discourage certain transaction activities that do not align with our long-term service objectives. 

Our ultimate goal is to provide a more reliable, sustainable, and higher-quality service experience for all partners over the long term.

The pricing adjustment will be implemented in phases to ensure a smooth transition for all partners and customers. Updated pricing details will be reflected progressively in the [User Manual,](https://docs.fiat24.com/user/) which will serve as the official reference for all applicable fees and service terms. We are committed to maintaining transparency throughout this process and will communicate any significant updates in advance.

## Timeline

### May 15, 2026

We will introduce a <mark style="color:purple;">**refund processing fee**</mark> applicable to all card refunds:

* **CHF 1** for each Swiss Franc (CHF) refund
* **EUR 1** for each Euro (EUR) refund
* **USD 1** for each US Dollar (USD) refund
* **CNH 7** for each Renminbi (CNH) refund

To avoid delays in refund processing, including situations where certain refunds may be postponed for up to seven days, the <mark style="color:purple;">first fee charging date</mark> will be **21 May 2026**.

### June 15, 2026

#### Low-value card transaction fee

We will introduce a <mark style="color:purple;">**low-value card transaction fee**</mark> for card spending below specified thresholds. The following fees will apply per transaction:

* **USD 0.15** for each card transaction below **USD 10**
* **EUR 0.15** for each card transaction below **EUR 10**
* **CHF 0.15** for each card transaction below **CHF 10**
* **CNH 1.00** for each card transaction below **CNH 70**
* **HKD 1.00** for each card transaction below **HKD 70** (Mantle Only)
* **SGD 0.15** for each card transaction below **SGD 10** (Mantle Only)
* **JPY 30** for each card transaction below **JPY 2000** (Mantle Only)

This measure is intended to better reflect processing and operational costs associated with low-value transactions.
